Our Story
If you had asked me years ago if I‘d be working as a Wedding Hair and Makeup Artist I would’ve honestly said no! My industry journey began when I decided to change career paths after studying to be a Forensic Psychologist. I was searching for a career that would truly bring me joy, and I had always enjoyed the process of special event styling And experimenting with my hair and makeup. In 2017 my mom encouraged me to schedule a tour at one of our local cosmetology schools (THANKS MOM!), and as soon as we stepped in the doors and started the tour I knew that was exactly where I needed to be. After I graduated cosmetology school I knew that I wanted to immerse myself in the world of bridal styling. Wedding days are my happy place!
I have worked in salons, had my own salon suite, I even went back to school to obtain my cosmetology educators license and worked at the very same school I graduated from, and while I did enjoy all of those steps along the way none of them brought me the same fulfillment that working a wedding day does. There is just something to be said about being able to share in the excitement and celebration on such an important and special event in someone’s life. The sheer amount of love and joy that I get to experience while getting my brides and bridal party members for the wedding day is what makes my job so fun.
